The mountain honey is produced between 1000 and 1200 m altitude on the Ardeche mountains (south of France). Polyfloral Honey composed of wild raspberry, bramble, heather erica cinderenea and the multitude of southern Ardèche mountains wildflowers from Montselgues to Loubaresse (France).
